Women's Fund Grants

Rosie's Girls programOur very first grants were awarded in 2004 when The Women’s Connection, Girl Scouts, 4C and a few others were selected to receive a total of about $35,000 in awards. We learned so much from that process because many of you helped us think about grant-making in new and innovative ways. From the beginning, we have focused on systemic change that will, in time, yield impact for our entire region.

Mini-Grants

The mini-grant ($500 - $1,500) cycle funds organizations that provide services and programming to improve the lives and economic status of women and girls in the greater Cincinnati region. Our grants focus on making sustained change by supporting systemic efforts to improve women’s incomes, job security and their ability to provide adequately for themselves and their families, and on providing opportunities for educators to fund creative and interesting girls’ leadership programs.

The Cincinnati Business and Professional Women's Scholarship Fund

Established by the Cincinnati chapter of Business and Professional Women in 1999 to assist women aged 25 or older who are starting or returning to school for an associate or baccalaureate degree at an accredited regional school. It is one of the only scholarship funds for adult women. Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance and potential, financial need, and the quality of the application. More than 30 women have been helped through this fund.
