Corporate Women's Leadership Mastermind Program

Stand on the shoulders of giants: Corporate Women's Leadership Mastermind Program

Are you facing this issues?

  • Creating a business case and business plan to introduce or expand your women’s initiative
  • Struggling with tying the outcomes of a women’s initiative with the company’s business results or business model
  • A need to develop or refine an action plan that will generate measurable results
  • Facing internal obstacles to the implementation of your women’s initiative
  • Your industry competitor has moved ahead of you in the recruitment, retention and advancement of women
  • Losing your talented female employees

Our program is your solution

The Women’s Fund Corporate Mastermind Program by The Women's Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation is an intensive series of workshops designed to help your company define, create and implement a strategic women’s initiative that boosts your company’s bottom line. Led by accomplished executive coaches and corporate veterans, Amy Katz and Pam Lowe, your company will stand on the shoulders of giants – learning from corporations who have already seen winning results from their women’s initiatives.

Through interactive sessions, lectures and one-on-one consulting, your team will work through the business case of creating and refining a women’s initiative at your organization. At the end of the 8-month program, your team will be fully prepared to pitch and implement a successful program customized for your unique environment and business needs.

Designed for companies with budgets of more than $100 million, each organization selects three employees to participate in the series.

Included with the $10,000 program fee (which covers all three participants):

  • Five half-day facilitated sessions featuring high-profile speakers, interactive discussions on trends and case studies about women’s initiatives and workgroups to help you create the most successful business case for your organization
  • Additional session or conference call with an expert on an issue relevant to the class (In 2011, we arranged for an employment attorney to discuss legal implications of women’s programming with our participants)
  • A private coaching session with the facilitators to discuss your company’s program and business case
  • A resource binder containing all the “leg work”— a compilation of landmark articles and research about the benefits of women’s initiatives
  • Access to a lending library containing the most influential books about women in business
