Pulse: Developing Girls’ & Women’s Leadership

The Pulse study commissioned and led by The Women’s Fund identified women’s leadership as a critical area of focus for our region.
Although a number of projects and activities have been developed, Greater Cincinnati still lacks a cohesive strategy for leadership development across the spectrum of age, roles, and positions. In addition, the existing women’s leadership development programs are limited in the scope of topics, services and number of women served.
This report is an assessment of 48 existing Greater Cincinnati women/girl leadership programs to identify the scope, needs and gaps.
