Foundation Hires New Employees

Cincinnati - October 3, 2011 - The Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) welcomes two new employees to its staff. Phillip Lanham is the Director of Donor Relations. Lanham was previously the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for the University of Cincinnati (UC) Foundation. He received his bachelor's degree and his master's of business administration from the UC Carl H. Lindner School of Business. He serves on the Duke Energy Children's Museum Advisory Board and the Carl H. Lindner Jr. Family Center for Conservation and Research of Endangered Wildlife Development Committee.

Lanham is responsible for managing the Foundation’s overall program for donor stewardship and cultivation. He will also work directly with individual and family donors.

Barb Linder is the Women's Fund Coordinator. She was previously the Office Manager for Tomco Equipment. She received her bachelor’s degree from Anderson University. Linder volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association and City Gospel Mission’s Whiz Kids program.

Linder will provide administrative support for the Women's Fund Executive Director and Development Officer. She will oversee and organize the grantmaking process and coordinate volunteer committee activities and assignments.
