Cranley and Worrell Join Women's Fund Leadership Council

The Women’s Fund welcomes two Dena Cranley and Deren Worrell to its Leadership Council.

Cranley WorrellCINCINNATI (March 7, 2016) - The Women’s Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation welcomes two new members to its leadership council, Dena Cranley and Deren Worrell. Both women have a passion for the cause of ensuring the economic self-sufficiency of women in our region. 

Dena Cranley is the First Lady of the City of Cincinnati. As First Lady, she is chair of Cincinnati’s First Ladies For Health, a coalition of the First Lady and First Ladies of Cincinnati Churches, who have come together to promote healthier living, combat infant mortality, and close healthcare disparities. Cranley is the former assistant vice president of Global Solutions. She serves on the board of the Ohio Innocence Project and chairs the Amman Sister City Committee. Cranley earned a master’s in arts from Xavier University and a bachelor of arts from the University of Cincinnati. 

Deren L. Worrell, Esq., is Vice President of Trust Services & Trust Counsel at Johnson Trust Company. Prior to joining Johnson Trust Company, Worrell was a Senior Wealth Planner with PNC Wealth Management. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a law degree from Baylor University School of Law. Worrell is a board member of the Women’s Crisis Center and is a member of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s Foundation Advisory Network, a volunteer advisory committee assisting with professional advisor outreach.
