The Women’s Fund Releases New PULSE Study Research With Focus on Poverty

CINCINNATI (August 30, 2016) - A new PULSE study commissioned by The Women's Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation through the Economics Center at University of Cincinnati illuminates how policies keep working families in a cycle of instability and dependence, even as they try to achieve self-sufficiency.
