President/CEO Ellen M. Katz, who came to Greater Cincinnati Foundation from The Children’s Home of Cincinnati in 2015, holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. A native of Connecticut, she lives with her husband in Hyde Park and has two gown sons.

Applied Research Manager - Women's Fund

This professional will collect, catalog and distill information about women’s economic self-sufficiency from multiple sources to help us present the strongest case for these issues in various settings (presentations, community initiatives, etc.) This position will also be a liaison to our commissioned research institutions and manage the volunteer research committee. S/He will manage a database of related articles and publications and train and promote its usage among our non-profit partners. S/he will research potential grant opportunities for the Women’s Fund and participate in drafting grant applications, when appropriate.

Covington, KY (July 20, 2018) — Adam Turer, an attorney at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, received the Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s 2018 Emerging Philanthropist Award at Legacy’s Next Generation Leader Awards on July 19. Kent Wellington of Graydon presented the award to Turer, whom he nominated with the support of several other leaders of the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative’s Saturday Hoops program.
