News from your Women’s Fund

Dear Women’s Fund community,

My news to share with you is both exciting and bittersweet, but I am confident that this opportunity ushers in a new chapter of energy and growth for the mission we all hold dear. In April, I will be transitioning away from the Executive Director role at the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.

These past ten years with the Women’s Fund have been an extraordinary journey. Together, with our passionate staff and all of you, we’ve advanced important research, advocated for policy change and positively impacted the landscape for women’s economic self-sufficiency in our community. It has been an honor to serve this mission for a decade, and I am grateful for the trust of our partners, supporters, and friends.

I am thrilled my new position is right here at Greater Cincinnati Foundation! GCF is expanding its community leadership in bold, exciting ways and has created a new role, Vice President, Civic Advancement. In this position, I will work across sectors to develop and drive large scale initiatives to solve complex community problems and lead GCF’s public policy work. You have my commitment—this work will be deeply rooted in racial and gender equity and community voice.

GCF will begin the search for a new Executive Director for the Women’s Fund this month. If you, or someone you know, would shine in this role, please reach out to me. The team is talented beyond measure, and I can’t wait to see the Women’s Fund thrive in this next era!

Thank you for your support and confidence in our work. The best is yet to come!

Warm regards,

Meghan Cummings
Executive Director
