GCF Promotes Colleen McCarthy Blair to Director, Donor Services

Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) is pleased to announce the promotion of Colleen McCarthy Blair as Director, Donor Services. Colleen, who joined GCF in 2017 as the Senior Philanthropic Advisor, received her Executive Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota and her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communication design from the University of Dayton. Before joining GCF, she served as vice president for external affairs for Red Cloud Indian School in South Dakota. Colleen is a native of Cincinnati.

“Colleen has proven herself to be a valuable team member, a strong leader and a very effective relationship manager,” said Phillip P. Lanham, GCF Vice President, Donor and Private Foundation Services. “In addition to creating meaningful relationships with donor families, Colleen will improve strategies to partner with our donors to amplify their impact on the community. She will also manage our team of philanthropic advisors.”

Colleen assumed her new role on October 16. “It’s a privilege to serve our donors and our community in this way,” she said. “I am grateful to be a part of a team that is so passionately focused on truly connecting people with purpose.”
