P&G Employee Donations for Milestones

Congratulations on your employee milestone! Greater Cincinnati Foundation thanks you for designating these dollars to further P&G philanthropic activities and programs around the world.

 

How does this donation work?

This program is intended for P&G managers of others who are making donations on behalf of the Company when a direct report has requested that money intended for an anniversary or retirement celebration be donated to a P&G charitable effort. The donation to commemorate an employee anniversary must be no less than $50 and no more than $200. The donation to commemorate an employee retirement must be no less than $50 and no more than $800.

Please note, the P&G manager has to make the designation on the recognized employee's behalf. You must follow the milestone minimum and maximum requirements listed above (do not follow the minimum and maximum listed on the next page).

Is this donation tax-deductible?

As this gift is made by P&G, neither the employee nor the manager should consider this designation as tax-deductible. The manager should make the donation using a P&G Corporate Credit Card and will report this expense using the Company’s Expense Reporting system to be reimbursed for this transaction by their respective business unit.
