Reservation Inquiry

Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) is pleased to offer the Haile Community Hub and conference rooms as spaces for the community to convene, collaborate, and connect. These rooms are available to nonprofit organizations, volunteer groups, businesses, and government agencies throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

While GCF subsidizes the use of these spaces, each organization is responsible for its own incidental expenses, including event beverages and food, meeting supplies, and related costs.

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:

• Hours of Use: Meeting rooms and community space are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. All set-up and clean-up must take place within these hours.
• Technology: Audio/visual equipment and screen sharing are available using the Mersive Solstice wireless application.
• Support & Equipment: GCF does not provide event furniture, staffing, decorations, or facilitation services.
• Intended Use: The space includes seven (7) meeting rooms of varying sizes, designed for meetings and small group gatherings.
• Care of Space: Groups are expected to leave rooms as they were found, including disposing of trash, loading the dishwasher, wiping down tables, and pushing in chairs. Failure to do so may limit future use.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
• Response Time: Please allow a GCF team member to contact you within three (3) business days of receiving your request.
