Cincinnati Enquirer: WE Lead welcomes new class of 57

WE Lead, the leadership development program of Women Excel (WE), is a 10-month leadership program for women in mid-to-upper level management, business owners, and top leaders looking to develop leadership skills to achieve groundbreaking results for themselves, their organizations and their communities. The program was the brainchild of Myrita Craig, the chamber’s former vice president of small business and programs. The initiative was in response to a Pulse Study by the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
